The primary installation distribution for MOSCA is the Bioconda package. To use MOSCA through Bioconda, an environment must be created containing all its dependencies. Create the environment and install MOSCA with
```
conda create -n mosca -c conda-forge -c bioconda -c anaconda mosca
```
Activate the environment with
```
conda activate mosca
```
Finally, check the installation with
```
mosca.py --version
```
If that command is over without error, you have successfully installed MOSCA!

sudo apt-get install docker-ce docker-ce-cli containerd.io
